This website is controlled by Returnfiler Team from our offices located in the state of Haryana, India. It can be accessed by most countries around the world. As each country has laws that may differ from those of Haryana, India by accessing our website, you agree that the statutes and laws of Haryana, India without regard to the conflict of laws and the United Nations Convention on the International Sales of Goods, will apply to all matters relating to the use of this website and the purchase of any products or services through this site.

 

Furthermore, any action to enforce this User Agreement shall be brought in the federal or state courts located in Haryana, India. You hereby agree to personal jurisdiction by such courts, and waive any jurisdictional, venue, or inconvenient forum objections to such courts.

Cancellation of order is not possible once the payment has been made. No refunds will be given except in the event of cancellation or non-performance of service by Returnfiler Team.

Change to Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Returnfiler, we take pride in the services delivered by us and guarantee your satisfaction with our services and support. We constantly improve and strive to deliver the best accounting, financial or secretarial services through the internet. However, in case you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us immediately and we will correct the situation, provide a refund or offer credit that can be used for future Returnfiler orders.

 

Refund Policy

When a payment of fee is made to Returnfiler, the fees paid in advance is retained by Returnfiler in a client account. Returnfiler will earn the fees upon working on a client's matter. During an engagement, Returnfiler earns fee at different rates and different times depending on the completion of various milestones (e.g. providing client portal access, assigning relationship manager, obtaining DIN, Filing of forms, etc.,). Refund cannot be provided for earned fee because resources and man hours spent on delivering the service are non-returnable in nature. Further, we can't refund or credit any money paid to government entities, such as filing fees or taxes, or to other third parties with a role in processing your order. Under any circumstance, Returnfiler shall be liable to refund only upto the fee paid by the client.

 

Procedure for Requesting Refund

To request a refund, please request a refund by way of email to the relevant engagement manager. All refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase. Refund request over 30 days will not be accepted and only credit will be provided for completion of service / change of service. We will complete processing your refund request within 4 to 5 weeks of receiving all the information required for processing refund like reason for refund, bank details for processing request, etc.

 

Change of Service

If you want to change the service you ordered for a different one, you must request this change of service within 60 days of purchase. The purchase price of the original service, less any earned fee and money paid to government entities, such as filing fees or taxes, or to other third parties with a role in processing your order, will be credited to your Returnfiler account. You can use the balance credit for any other Returnfiler service.

 

Standard Pricing

Returnfiler has a standard pricing policy wherein no additional service fee is requested under any circumstance. However, the standard pricing policy is not applicable for an increase in the total fee paid by the client to Returnfiler due to increase in government fee or fee incurred by the client for completion of legal documentation or re-filing of forms with the government due to rejection or resubmission. Returnfiler is not responsible or liable for any other cost incurred by the client related to the completion of the service.

 

Factors Outside our Control

We cannot guarantee the results or outcome of your particular procedure. For instance, the government may reject a trademark application for legal reasons beyond the scope of Returnfiler service. In some cases, a government backlog or problems with the government platforms (e.g. MCA website, Income Tax website, FSSAI website) can lead to long delays before your process is complete. Similarly, Returnfiler does not guarantee the results or outcomes of the services rendered by our Associates on Nearest.Expert platform, who are not employed by Returnfiler. Problems like these are beyond our control and are not covered by this guarantee or eligible for refund. Hence, delay in processing of your file by the Government cannot be a reason for refund.

 

Force Majeure

Returnfiler shall not be considered in breach of its Satisfaction Guarantee policy or default under any terms of service, and shall not be liable to the Client for any cessation, interruption, or delay in the performance of its obligations by reason of earthquake, flood, fire, storm, lightning, drought, landslide, hurricane, cyclone, typhoon, tornado, natural disaster, act of God or the public enemy, epidemic, famine or plague, action of a court or public authority, change in law, explosion, war, terrorism, armed conflict, labor strike, lockout, boycott or similar event beyond our reasonable control, whether foreseen or unforeseen (each a "Force Majeure Event").

 

Cancellation Fee

Since we're incurring costs and dedicating time, manpower, technology resources and effort to your service or document preparation, our guarantee only covers satisfaction issues caused by Returnfiler - not changes to your situation or your state of mind. In case you require us to hold the processing of a service, we will hold the fee paid on your account until you are ready to commence the service.

 

Before processing any refund, we reserve the right to make best effort to complete the service. In case, you are not satisfied with the service, a cancellation fee of 20% + earned fee + fee paid to government would be applicable. In case of change of service, the cancellation fee would not be applicable.

Use Termination 5.

You understand and agree that for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of this User Agreement, we may, in our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to all or a portion of our website and Resources with or without prior notice. Relationships may be terminated for any claimed illegal, dishonest, or abusive behaviour, which may also be reported to the appropriate law enforcement agencies. Upon suspension or termination, your right to use the Resources we provide will immediately stop, and we reserve the right to remove or delete any data you may have saved with us, including any login or account information.

All of the intellectual property on www.Returnfiler.com is owned by The Returnfiler Team and is covered by the relevant copyright and trademark laws. All text, visuals, website names, codes, images, and logos are considered to be part of this intellectual property. Anything on this website may not be used improperly, including but not limited to duplication, distribution, exhibition, or transmission, unless Returnfiler Team expressly permits it.

 

GOVERNING LAW 7. The Haryana, India-based Returnfiler Team is in charge of running this website from its offices. The majority of countries on earth have access to it. While each country's laws may differ from those of Haryana, India, By using our website, you acknowledge and agree that Haryana, India's statutes and laws, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws, and the United Nations Convention on the International Sales of Goods, shall govern all matters relating to the use of this website and the purchase of any goods or services through this site.

 

Moreover, Haryana, India's federal or state courts must be used for any legal action to enforce this User Agreement. By agreeing to this agreement, you waive any jurisdictional, venue, or unfavourable forum objections and grant these courts personal authority over you.

 

GUARANTEE 8. Without exception, www.Returnfiler.com DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

 

9. REFUNDS AND CHANGES

After payment has been received, orders cannot be cancelled. Until Returnfiler Team terminates or ceases to offer the service, no refunds will be given.

Changes to the refund and cancellation policies

Returnfiler assures that you will be happy with our support and services and takes pride in the services we offer. We put a lot of effort into providing the best accounting, financial, or secretarial services online and are always looking to improve. Nonetheless, please contact us straight away if you are dissatisfied with our services. If there is a problem, we'll fix it, offer you a refund, or give you credit for future Returnfiler orders.

 

Return Policy

When a fee is paid to Returnfiler, Returnfiler records that fee in a customer account. Returnfiler will receive payment for whatever task they perform for a client. In accordance with the accomplishment of specific milestones, Returnfiler is paid throughout an engagement at varying rates and intervals (e.g. providing client portal access, assigning relationship manager, obtaining DIN, Filing of forms, etc.,). Refunds for earned fees cannot be issued because the resources and labour hours utilised to offer the service are non-returnable. Furthermore, you cannot get a refund or a credit for any money you paid to a government agency, such as filing fees or taxes, or to any other third parties who helped carry out your transaction. Returnfiler is under no obligation to return more than the client's charge.

 

The steps to submit a refund request

Please email the relevant engagement manager with your request for a refund. Within 30 days after the purchase date, refund requests must be made. For services that are completed or altered, only credit will be issued; refund requests that are older than 30 days will not be honoured. We will complete the procedure in 4 to 5 weeks from the time we receive all the data required to handle your refund request, including the documentation supporting the return, the bank information required to handle the request, etc.

 

Change in Service

You have 60 days from the date of purchase to ask for a substitution of the service you reserved for another one. The initial service purchase price less any earned fees, money paid to governments (such filing fees or taxes), or other third parties engaged in completing your transaction will be credited to your Returnfiler account. Any other Returnfiler service may be used with the balance of the credit.

 

Normal Cost

No additional service payment is ever demanded in accordance with Returnfiler's customary price policy. However, the standard pricing policy does not apply to an increase in the total amount paid by the client to Returnfiler as a result of a rise in government fees, to the costs the client incurs for the completion of legal documentation, or to the costs the client incurs for resubmitting forms to the government after they were initially rejected or resubmitted. Returnfiler is not obligated or responsible for any additional costs incurred by the client in connection with the provision of the service.

We cannot guarantee the results or outcome of any particular surgery. The government may deny a trademark application for reasons that are, for instance, outside the scope of Returnfiler service. In some cases, lengthy delays before your process is complete can be brought on by a government backlog or problems with the platforms used by the government (such as the MCA website, the Income Tax website, or the FSSAI website). Since our Associates on the Nearest.Expert platform are independent contractors rather than Returnfiler's employees, the outcomes or results of their services cannot be guaranteed by Returnfiler. This warranty does not apply to and returns are not permitted for problems of this nature because they are beyond our control. So, the government's failure to complete your submission on time cannot constitute a justification for a refund.

 

Any interruption, delay, or cessation in the performance of its obligations due to an earthquake, flood, fire, storm, lightning, drought, landslide, hurricane, cyclone, typhoon, tornado, natural disaster, act of God or the public enemy, epidemic, famine, or plague, as well as any court order or public announcement, shall not be considered a breach of Force Majeure Returnfiler's Satisfaction Guarantee policy or a default under any terms of service (each a "Force Majeure Event").

 

There is a cancellation fee

Our guarantee only applies to satisfaction concerns caused by Returnfiler and excludes changes to your situation or mental condition because we are incurring expenditures and devoting time, manpower, technological resources, and effort to your service or document production. If you ask us to put off processing a service, we'll store the money you've already paid for it in your account until you're ready to start it.

 

Before issuing any refunds, we have the right to try to finish the service. There will be a 20% cancellation fee in addition to any earned fees and any government fees if you are unhappy with the service. In the event of a service change, there would be no cancellation fee.
